Abstract Submission

A. Registration Process & General Guidelines
  1. All registration and submissions must be completed exclusively through the official website: arcims26.mazums.ac.ir. Submissions through any other channel will not be evaluated. Please follow the official author guidelines.
  2. Go to the website, select Registration, and complete the form.
  3. After registering, access your personal dashboard. Students must upload a photo of their valid student ID in Upload File.
  4. Submit abstracts only within the official window announced by the Secretariat and ensure that all required online fields are completed in the specified format.
  5. After completing the online form, upload the abstract as a Word file using the official template.
  6. Each abstract must include two separate Word files:
    • One with author names and affiliations (clearly indicated).
    • One without author names or affiliations (clearly indicated). Replace university names with “…” in the anonymous file.
Upload the anonymous file via Submit Abstract and the named file via Upload File.
  7. You can view all submissions under My Submissions. Once peer review starts, authors cannot edit. To request corrections, contact the Scientific Admin (Telegram).
  8. Upon successful submission, a confirmation message appears. The results will be announced on the website after the deadline.
  9. Only English abstracts (studies conducted from 2022 onward) are accepted. Full texts are not required, except for Systematic Reviews/Meta-Analyses, which must upload the full text before the deadline.
  10. Ethics Code is required for all submissions except reviews. Clinical trials must include an IRCT code. For reviews and in-silico studies, attach the Ethics Council approval in the commitment file.
  11. For accepted oral presentations, an English certificate will be issued to the presenter, including the names of all co-authors. The presenter must be a medical sciences student (currently enrolled or within one year of graduation by congress time).
  12. Unlimited submissions are allowed; up to three abstracts per person (two posters + one oral) may be accepted based on the evaluation score.
  13. List all legitimate co-authors at submission. Author names and order cannot be changed afterwards.
  14. Only Original Articles/HSR are eligible for oral presentation.
  15. Previously presented work will be rejected and reported to the National Student Research & Technology Committee if identified.
  16. The corresponding author is responsible for scientific/language accuracy and informing co-authors.
  17. For any questions or technical issues, please contact the Secretariat via official channels.

Important: Submissions that do not comply with these guidelines will be rejected before the review process.
