After confirming the content validity, reliability was assessed by Cronbach's alpha and also by the test-retest method. 55 patients with migraines were admitted by the Convenience sampling method and to evaluate the convergent and differential validity, patients Filled out Persian versions of the HEADWORK, MIDAS, MSQ, WHODAS-II questionnaires. Data were analyzed in SPSS v.25 software. Results: Cronbach's alpha index was 0.847 for the first part of the questionnaire and 0.736 for the second part. The correlation coefficient of the first part of the HEADWORK questionnaire with MSQ was -0.481 and with MIDAS was 0.441 and with WHODAS-II was 0.449. The correlation coefficient of the second part of the HEADWORK questionnaire with MSQ was -0.474, with MIDAS was 0.408 and with WHODAS-II was 0.275, all of which were statistically significant.
